Step 1
Prepare the beef ribs.

Place the ribs in a pot, cover with cherry juice, and add the bay leaf.

Cook for 1 hour.
Step 4
Then place the ribs on a baking sheet, coat with barbecue sauce and prunes, and sprinkle with basil.
Step 5
Bake at 355°F for about 15 minutes.
