Beef Ribs in Wine
Ingredients
- Thick Beef Rib 20 oz
- Apple Wine 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the wine into a deep bowl and add the soy sauce.
Step 2
Add the olive oil.
Step 3
Add 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
Step 4
Crush 3 cloves of garlic through a press.
Step 5
Add the brown sugar.
Step 6
Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour into the marinade.
Step 7
Whisk all the ingredients together until there are no lumps.
Step 8
Place the ribs in a deep dish and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 9
Line a baking dish with foil, place the ribs in it, and pour the remaining marinade on top. Cover with foil as well. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 2 hours, periodically basting with the juices.
Step 10
Garnish the finished dish with any herbs.
