  • Pork fat 5 oz
  • Goat cheese 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Ocean salt to taste

Pass the meat and pork fat through a meat grinder.
