Beef Mince with Mascarpone
Ingredients
- Lean Beef 10 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Sumac 1 teaspoon
- Onion 5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Arugula to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
In a heated pan, add the ground beef.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add the onion.
Step 5
Sauté, stirring, for 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Add the pepper mix.
Step 7
Add the ground chili.
Step 8
Stir and reduce the heat to medium. Sauté for another 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 9
Add the mascarpone. Mix well.
Step 10
After 3 minutes, remove from heat. Transfer to a plate. Garnish with arugula and serve.
