  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
  • Sumac 1 teaspoon
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Arugula to taste

Finely chop the onion.
