  • Beef 30 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
  • Red Wine Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Champagne Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste

Prepare the ingredients.
