- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Thyme 1 teaspoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Marjoram 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil and minced garlic for about 50–60 seconds. Remove from heat and let cool. Add the herbs and stir.
Step 2
Place the meat in a dish and pour the aromatic oil over it. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1–4 hours.
Step 3
Preheat the grill well.
Step 4
Season the meat with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
