Beef Meatballs in the Oven
Ingredients
- Beef 15 oz
- Boiled White Round Rice 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel and chop the potatoes randomly.
Step 3
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 4
Grind all the ingredients in a meat grinder. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Add ground pepper and salt, and knead well.
Step 6
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 7
Add raw rice and herbs to the minced meat. Mix well.
Step 8
Form meatballs and coat them in flour.
Step 9
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 10
Place in a baking dish.
Step 11
Cover tightly with foil and place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 40 minutes.
