Ingredients
- Beef 25 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Dill ½ bunches
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into small pieces.
Step 2
Sauté in a wok until browned.
Step 3
Blanch the tomatoes, peel off the skin, and place them in a blender along with the canned beans and the tomato sauce from the jar.
Step 4
Add the tomato and bean puree to the beef. Stir well. Wait for the mixture to come to a boil, then add the chopped garlic and salt to the wok.
Step 5
Simmer on low heat for about half an hour.
Step 6
Tear the green onions and dill by hand. Add them to the beef.
Step 7
Sauté for another 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.
