- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic 1 tablespoon
- Red Curry Powder 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt butter in a skillet, then add olive oil. Place large pieces of meat in the skillet and sear them on both sides.
Step 2
Add finely chopped onion, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste to the meat.
Step 3
Simmer for 30 minutes, adding olive oil and tomato paste.
Step 4
Five minutes before cooking is complete, add minced garlic and curry powder.
