Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat olive oil and add the mushrooms, halved. Sauté for 4 minutes, then transfer them from the skillet.

Place the sliced steaks in the skillet and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and add the minced garlic and paprika. Cook for 1 minute, then add the flour. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
