  • Meat 20 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Breadcrumbs ½ cup

Step 1

Wash the meat (thin or thick edge), remove tendons, cut into portion-sized pieces, and pound with a mallet.

Step 2

Sprinkle the pounded pieces of meat with salt and pepper, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs on both sides. Then place the meat on a hot skillet with oil and fry until fully cooked (10-12 minutes).

Step 3

Serve with fried potatoes and boiled green peas, corn, and carrot slices dressed with oil. Drizzle the romsteak with oil.
