Ingredients
- Beef hoof 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Tomato Puree 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Rinse the heart or udder, cut into cubes weighing 30–40 g, rinse again, sprinkle with pepper and salt, and sauté in a pan with heated oil and finely chopped onion. After that, sprinkle with flour and fry for a few more minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the fried pieces to a pot, pour in hot water so that the meat is covered, add tomato puree, bay leaf, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 1–1.5 hours.
Step 3
Serve with fried or boiled potatoes.
