Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Paprika 4 teaspoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and then sauté it in a pan until it turns golden brown.
Step 2
Now add the paprika. Mix everything thoroughly to combine it evenly with the fat.
Step 3
After a few minutes, add the meat (cut into large cubes), season with pepper and salt. Sauté everything together over high heat. Then add a little water and cover with a lid. Simmer for about an hour. Chop the bell pepper and carrot.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, and carrot to the goulash, pour in hot water, and continue cooking. Then mix everything and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
When the meat becomes tender, add the potatoes (cut into large pieces) to the goulash.
Step 6
Once the potatoes are cooked, turn off the heat. Let the dish sit covered for a while.
