Ingredients
- Onion 30 oz
- Paprika 0 oz
- Beef Shank 30 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cumin a pinch
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Marjoram a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Red Grape Juice 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil in a skillet until golden brown.
Step 2
Then add paprika, finely chopped garlic, the zest of one lemon, a spoonful of tomato paste, cumin, marjoram, and a bay leaf to the onions. Stir well.
Step 3
Pour in the wine, balsamic vinegar, and half a glass of water. Then, once everything comes to a boil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cut the meat into small pieces and add it to the boiling broth.
Step 5
Cook for two hours. At the end, add a spoonful of sifted flour to achieve the desired consistency.
