Beef Funchoza
Ingredients
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Carrot 1 piece
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Lamb Neck Fillet 10 oz
- Radish 1 piece
- Grated Ginger Root 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 4 spoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the beef into thin strips; for easier slicing, it can be slightly frozen beforehand. Marinate in soy sauce for half an hour, then allow to drain.
Step 2
Julienne the carrot and radish, finely chop the garlic, and grate the ginger.
Step 3
In a wok or deep skillet, heat vegetable oil, add the meat, and sauté for 10 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add the garlic and ginger, stir and sauté for another minute. Then add the carrot and radish, mix well, pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, reduce the heat, and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions on the package, rinse them under cold water in a colander, and let them drain.
Step 6
Add the glass noodles to the beef and mix everything thoroughly. It can be served hot or cold.
