Ingredients

- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the foil in advance, cutting it into squares large enough to wrap a piece of meat well.
Step 2
Wash and dry the beef, cut it into medium-sized pieces, and pound it with a mallet on both sides. Season with spices. Place the beef on the foil—each piece should be centered.
Step 3
Slice the onion and tomatoes into rounds. Place the onion on the meat, then add the tomatoes and a little mayonnaise.
Step 4
Sprinkle each piece with chopped herbs and wrap it in foil. The meat should be completely wrapped. Place the packets on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F and bake the meat for 1 hour.
