- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Beer 10 fl oz
- Ketchup ⅓ cup
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Ground Dried Garlic 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the beef into 5 mm thick pieces and lightly pound them on both sides, then rub with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning.
Step 2
Fry the cutlets in a preheated skillet over medium heat in olive oil, meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Once the cutlets are browned, pour in the prepared sauce, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with any side dish and vegetables.
