Ingredients
- Beef 5 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg ¼ piece
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Lemon 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the beef through a meat grinder twice, add salt, pepper, egg yolks, finely chopped cilantro, and mix well.
Step 2
Form balls from this mixture the size of a walnut.
Step 3
Dip the prepared balls in egg white, roll them in crushed breadcrumbs, dip again in egg white, and roll in breadcrumbs once more, then fry in oil.
Step 4
Separately fry the sliced potatoes.
Step 5
Serve the cocoons drizzled with oil alongside the fried potatoes.
Step 6
Serve the lemon separately.
