Beef chuck roast stuffed with olives
Ingredients
- Beef chuck roast 65 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Tagine Spice Mix to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix 1 teaspoon
- Dried onion powder 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the juice from the olives into a bowl.
Step 2
Make shallow cuts in the meat with a sharp knife and insert an olive into each cut.
Step 3
Add vinegar, olive oil, some spices, dried onion, and the pepper mix to the olive juice. Mix well and add the meat. Gently mix again and refrigerate for 6–8 hours.
Step 4
Preheat the grill well.
Step 5
Place the meat on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes to your desired doneness, basting with the remaining marinade.
Step 6
Transfer to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes. Carefully slice so that the olives remain in the meat.
