Ingredients
- Pork chop with bone 2 pieces
- Campbell's Beef Broth 5 fl oz
- Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Shallot 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the meat in it. Sear for 4 minutes on each side and transfer to plates. Cover and keep warm.
Step 2
In the skillet, add the butter, finely chopped shallot, tarragon, vinegar, and broth. Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. Pour over the meat and serve.
