- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 4 heads
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Garlic ½ heads
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fatty beef into pieces and sauté it without adding any fat.
Step 2
Add the onion and sauté together for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Then season with salt, add peeled and chopped tomatoes (you can substitute with tomato puree), crushed garlic, and green pepper, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Towards the end, add finely chopped herbs such as cilantro, basil, parsley, and thyme, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
