Ingredients
- Marbled Beef 0 lbs
- Paprika to taste
- Adyghe cheese to taste
- Green peppercorns 4 tablespoons
- Marinated cherries 5 pieces
- Mixed salad greens 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 4
Spread Dijon mustard over the meat.
Step 5
Surround with black peppercorns.
Step 6
Wrap the meat in foil and refrigerate overnight (for 8 hours).
Step 7
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Place the meat in the oven for 8 hours at 250°F.
Step 9
Take it out of the oven, unwrap from the foil, and place it in a baking dish.
Step 10
Put it back in the oven for another 2 hours at 355°F.
Step 11
Remove from the oven and let cool. Garnish with greens and cherry tomatoes before serving.
