Beef Brisket with Lingonberry Sauce
Ingredients
- Beef chuck roast 0 lbs
- Lingonberry 2 tablespoons
- Adyghe cheese to taste
- Yellow Beets 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle the meat with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Spread the lingonberry sauce on the brisket.
Step 4
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 5
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 6
Place on parchment paper in a baking dish.
Step 7
Put in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1 hour.
Step 8
Remove from the oven.
Step 9
Unwrap the foil and place the brisket on the parchment.
Step 10
Put back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. Serve with lingonberry sauce. Garnish with beet leaves for serving.
