- Beef chuck roast 5 lbs
- Adyghe cheese to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
- Smoked cheese sauce 0 oz

Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Apply the sauce to the meat.
Step 3
Sprinkle with Adyghe salt.
Step 4
Sprinkle with ground paprika.
Step 5
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 6
Place the meat in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 7
Transfer the meat to a baking dish.
Step 8
Put the meat in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1 hour.
Step 9
Remove the meat from the oven and unwrap it from the foil.
Step 10
Return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Garnish with cucumber before serving.
