Ingredients
- Beef chuck roast 0 lbs
- Adyghe cheese to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Dried Rosemary to taste
- Barbecue sauce 1 tablespoon
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle with ground paprika.
Step 4
Sprinkle with dried basil.
Step 5
Sprinkle with dried rosemary.
Step 6
Brush with barbecue sauce.
Step 7
Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 8
Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 355°F.
Step 9
Remove the meat from the oven, unwrap the foil, and bake for another 10 minutes. Garnish with cucumber before serving.
