Ingredients
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Veal Tenderloin 10 oz
- Paprika 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 5 oz
- Toasted Cumin Seeds 0 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Ground coriander 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Scallions 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into large cubes (2x2 cm), slice the onion into large feathers, and finely chop the garlic and green onion.
Step 2
Sauté the meat in olive oil in a well-heated saucepan for 3 minutes until lightly golden, then add the onion and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the coriander, cumin, and paprika, bay leaf, stir, and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Step 4
Pour in the chicken broth and simmer on low heat with the lid on for 15 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Mix the flour with the cream using a whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Add the garlic, cream with flour to the saucepan, stir, bring to a boil, and add the spinach, mixing and simmering on low heat for 1 minute.
Step 7
Serve the dish on plates, garnish with green onion, and enjoy.
