Beef baked with honey and mustard
Ingredients
- Boneless pork shoulder 30 oz
- Olive Oil 7 teaspoons
- Mustard Greens 2 spoons
- Honey 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves 1 tablespoon
- Salt 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat and pat it dry with paper towels.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried basil.
Step 3
Mix all the spices together.
Step 4
Marinate the meat thoroughly in the sauce on all sides and let it sit for an hour at room temperature.
Step 5
After marinating, wrap the meat in foil and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F for one hour.
Step 6
After the time has passed, take out the meat and carefully open the foil (HOT!) and return it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes to create a crust. If you have a grill function, it would be perfect to use it!
Step 7
Remove from the oven, cover again with foil, and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
