Bear Meat with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Meat 5 lbs
  • Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Spices a pinch
  • Garlic 1 head

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the bear meat, cut into small pieces, for two hours with finely chopped garlic cloves and various spices to taste.

Step 2

Fry the boiled pieces in a pan until golden brown. Leave some broth in a bowl.

Step 3

Remove the meat from the pan and sauté the onion and mushrooms in the remaining oil until golden.

Step 4

Add the meat to the mushrooms and onion.

Step 5

Mix the cream with the broth and add spices to the sauce.

Step 6

Pour the sauce over the meat and mushrooms and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Step 7

Serve with herbs.
