- White Beans 5 oz
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sage to taste

Step 1
Peel and dice the carrot and pumpkin into medium cubes.
Step 2
In a pot, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic, add a little water, carrot, pumpkin, and sage, and simmer covered until cooked. Mash the vegetables into a puree using a fork or blender. Cook the beans according to the instructions on the package.
Step 3
Add the cooked beans to the pot with the puree, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. When serving, you can garnish with pumpkin or flax seeds and chopped herbs.
