Description
Enjoy. No one can remain indifferent to this dish.
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 70 oz
- Barbecue sauce 10 oz
- Beer 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep rectangular baking dish, select a rack similar to a barbecue grill. It should fit freely in the dish. The rack should be positioned approximately in the middle of the dish's height, not touching the bottom, and there should be enough space above the edge to lay the ribs. You can bend the edges of the rack perpendicularly to create legs, or place suitable items under it.
Step 2
Rinse the rib strips with clean water, then salt and pepper them.
Step 3
Pour the beer into the bottom of the dish. Place the rib strips on the rack. The beer should not touch the rack or the ribs. Cover the dish tightly with 2-3 layers of foil, pressing the edges firmly with your hands to prevent steam from escaping.
Step 4
Place the dish with the ribs and beer in the oven for three hours at a low temperature (100-230°F).
Step 5
Afterward, remove the dish and let the ribs cool for about 30-40 minutes directly on the rack. If you remove them immediately, the ribs will fall apart in your hands.
Step 6
While the ribs are cooling, light the barbecue and prepare the coals as you would for shish kebabs.
Step 7
Carefully remove the ribs from the rack, brush them with BBQ sauce, and place them on the preheated grill.
