- Water ⅓ glasses

- Wheat Flour to taste
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Thousand Island dressing 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the squid, place it in boiling water, and cook for no more than 3 minutes. Drain the water, let it cool, and slice into rings.
Step 2
Prepare the batter by mixing an egg, milk, water, salt, sesame seeds (optional), and other spices to taste. Add flour until you achieve a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
Step 3
Pour oil into the skillet, dip the rings into the batter, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Step 4
Serve with rice or rice noodles. Dip in Thousand Island dressing.
