Ingredients
- Shrimp 16 pieces
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Beer ¾ cup
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on.
Step 2
Dip them in the beer batter made from flour, egg, beer, oil, pepper, and salt.
Step 3
Fry the shrimp in a deep fryer for 4–5 minutes at 320°F.
Step 4
To make the sauce, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Step 5
Finely chop the flesh and mix it with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Serve the shrimp with the avocado sauce.
