Battered Navaga
Main Dishes • European
Description
Navaga is an excellent fish at a low price, often overlooked by home cooks. It's easy and quick to prepare, and most importantly — delicious. Its firm flesh, slightly sweet taste without a strong fishy smell, and minimal small bones are undeniable advantages of navaga. As a side dish, vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes go well with the fish.
