Ingredients
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Poultry 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Dried Chamomile 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into 6 parts (2 wings, 2 fillets, 2 legs), bring water to a boil, add salt and pepper, immerse the chicken parts, and cook until done. Then transfer to a plate.
Step 2
In a pot of boiling water, immerse the tomatoes for a couple of minutes, then peel and dice them. Cut the bell peppers into strips, the onion into thin rings, and chop the garlic into small pieces.
Step 3
In a heated skillet, add the onion, garlic, and dried herbs, and sauté on low heat for about five minutes until translucent. Then add the cooked chicken fillets, and after two minutes, add the red and green bell peppers, sautéing for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for another 5 minutes. Then place the legs on top, cover with a lid, and after 5 minutes, add the wings and simmer for 30 minutes.
