Ingredients
- Pearl barley 5 oz
- Frozen White Mushrooms 20 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the mushrooms for about 20 minutes. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 430°F for about 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Soak the pearl barley beforehand. Then rinse it well.
Step 3
Strain the broth and add the pearl barley to it. Cook the barley until tender.
Step 4
Before serving, mix with the mushrooms, add butter and cheese.
Step 5
Garnish with parsley.
