Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Shallot 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Spinach 10 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Green peppercorns to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the meat in a shallow non-metallic bowl and rub it with finely chopped shallots and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into small pieces and boil them in a pot of boiling water for 12–15 minutes until tender. Add the spinach, cover, and let it sit for a few minutes to wilt. Drain and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Meanwhile, grill the beef for 6–8 minutes on each side (depending on thickness). Remove, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly on the diagonal. Serve with the potatoes and spinach, drizzled with olive oil and aromatic vinegar.
