Balinese Chicken Sate with Rice and Pineapple
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
- Amba Sauce 5 oz
- Rice 5 oz
- Pineapple 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sambal Oelek Paste 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce for the chicken. To do this, mix the nut sauce with sambal oelek. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Wash the chicken breast and cut it into pieces for sate (skewers) and marinate in the sauce for 20–30 minutes if possible.
Step 3
Thread the pieces of chicken onto wooden skewers and place them in the oven on the grill at 355°F. Cook for 10–15 minutes on each side.
Step 4
For the side dish, cook the rice and add the pieces of pineapple.
