Ingredients
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Young zucchini 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dried parsnip to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini, slice it into thin rounds. Place on a baking sheet, previously greased with olive oil. Season the zucchini with salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes and place them on top of the zucchini. Grate the Parmesan and garlic, and sprinkle them as the third layer. Add dried parsley.
Step 3
Bake in an oven preheated to 390°F for 35 minutes.
