- Tomatoes 3 pieces

Step 1
Slice the zucchini into rounds about 1.5 to 2 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper, then place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Then place a slice of tomato on each round of zucchini and put them in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the cheese, sprinkle it over the zucchini, and leave it in the oven until the cheese melts.
