Description

Cream cheese is best, such as 'Almette', Philadelphia, or ricotta. If these cheeses are unavailable, you can use sour cream. Hard cheese: — Parmesan, Dutch, or Russian cheese can be used. Instead of cream, you can use milk.

Ingredients

  • Blue Ling Fillet 20 oz
  • Frozen spinach discs 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 0 oz
  • Dried Dill Stems to taste
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 4 tablespoons
  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Fish Oil 3 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse and dry the fish. Coat it in spices and set aside.

Step 2

Sauté the frozen spinach in a pan without oil over low heat. When all the water has evaporated from the spinach and it becomes soft, add 25 grams of processed cheese and pour in the cream.

Step 3

Simmer the spinach, stirring, for about 7 minutes.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with oil and optionally sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 5

Place the pieces of fish in the dish, spread the remaining processed cheese on top, and pour the cream with spinach into the dish.

Step 6

Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the fish, optionally adding salt and dill.

Step 7

Place in the oven for 30–40 minutes.
