- Young zucchini 2 pieces
- Eggplants 2 pieces

Cut the eggplants and zucchini in half and then cut each half into fairly large pieces.

Slice the sweet bell peppers into half-rings. It's better to use red peppers for a more beautiful dish.
Step 3
Place the chopped vegetables in a baking dish.

Drizzle generously with olive oil, season with salt, and sprinkle with rosemary.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 355°F and bake for about 30 minutes.
