Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the veal into portion-sized pieces, lightly pound, season with salt and pepper, and place in a preheated pan with oil.
Step 2
Peel the onion, slice it into rings, and sauté it with grated carrot, then add the sautéed mixture to the meat.
Step 3
Dissolve the flour in the milk, add the beaten eggs, salt, and pepper, mix everything, and pour over the fried meat. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
