Baked Turkey with Vegetables
Main Dishes • American
Description
During cooking, you can cover the dish with foil or a lid while baking the meat with vegetables. You can also enhance the recipe with any vegetables that are lingering in your fridge; for example, you can make a base not from potatoes but from eggplants or zucchini, and instead of mushrooms, you can add tomatoes and peppers—it's up to your imagination and the contents of your vegetable shelves. Additionally, the sauce can be made not from sour cream but from tomato paste or a spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- Turkey 20 oz
