Ingredients
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Rosemary a pinch
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the turkey, pat it dry with a paper towel, and slice 3 cloves of garlic. Stuff the turkey with garlic and coat it with a marinade made from oil, crushed garlic, rosemary, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Let the leg marinate in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 3
Peel the onion and carrot, and cut them into 3 pieces.
Step 4
Place the turkey, carrot, onion, celery, and tightly cover with 2 layers of foil in a baking dish. (Optionally, you can add 2–3 potatoes).
Step 5
Bake for 2 hours at 355°F. In the last 10 minutes, remove the foil to brown the turkey.
