Ingredients
- Trout 10 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Courgette 5 oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Thyme 0 oz
- Capers 5 oz
- Camembert cheese 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into 1x1 cm cubes, halve the cherry tomatoes, finely chop the onion, crush, peel, and finely chop the garlic, and separate the thyme leaves.
Step 2
Remove the fish flesh from the skin and cut it into large cubes, approximately 2x2 cm.
Step 3
Cut off the stem of the capers and slice them in half lengthwise; cut the cheese into large pieces.
Step 4
Using 2 layers of foil, create 2 pouches and evenly distribute all the vegetables inside, except for the garlic.
Step 5
Place the pieces of fish on top, sprinkle with thyme and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and add pieces of cheese and slices of butter.
Step 6
Slightly press the envelopes to shape them like a dish and bake in a preheated oven at 480°F in regular mode or with convection (fan) for 12 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer the envelope to a plate and serve.
