  • Minced garlic 2 cloves
  • Dried Oregano ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar ½ teaspoon

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Grease a large baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of oil, place the tomatoes cut side up, and drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil.

Step 2

Bake the tomatoes for 1 hour until they release their juices and begin to shrivel.

Step 3

Sprinkle with garlic, oregano, and sugar if using. Bake for another 1 to 1.5 hours until the tomatoes are browned at the edges.
