- Orange Bell Peppers 4 pieces
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Long-Grain Rice 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the bell peppers, cut off the tops, and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Cook the rice and let it cool.
Step 3
Pass the meat through a meat grinder, mix it with the cooked rice and finely chopped onion, adding salt and pepper.
Step 4
Stuff each pepper, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for about 30 minutes at 355°F.
