- Pompano fillet 30 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 tablespoons
- Cotton Oil 5 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Place the pomfret fillet in a single layer at the bottom of a baking dish, season with salt, and drizzle with oil and wine.
Step 2
Mix the finely chopped onion with the chopped parsley and sprinkle the mixture over each piece of fillet. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the fish flesh flakes easily. Serve immediately in the baking dish.
