Baked shrimp with feta in Greek style
Ingredients
- Shrimp 10 pieces
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Thyme 3 sprigs
- Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
- Garlic 4 cloves
- White bread to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour olive oil into the bottom of a baking dish, add cherry tomatoes, thyme, peeled and coarsely chopped garlic, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, and add capers on top.
Step 2
Place the peeled shrimp in the empty spaces, sprinkle with oregano, and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for no more than 12 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with white bread, previously toasted in a dry skillet or toaster.
