Ingredients

  • Bream 2 pieces
  • Lemon 2 pieces
  • Fish Oil a pinch
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Ocean salt a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Clean the sea bream from scales with a knife, being careful not to damage the skin, and cut off the fins. Gut the fish.

Step 3

Rub the sea bream with coarse sea salt, pepper, olive oil, and fish seasoning (or any seasoning of your choice — Italian herbs like basil, thyme, or rosemary pair well with sea bream).

Step 4

Cut half of the lemon into wedges and place them inside the fish, skin side out, to prevent bitterness in the flesh after baking.

Step 5

Place each fish on an individual sheet of foil. Drizzle with the remaining half of the lemon. Wrap the fish well in foil to keep the juices from escaping.

Step 6

Place in the oven for 25 minutes, then unwrap the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
